Climbing Escalade Canada (CEC) is undergoing a reflection process that aim at the development of a 2021-2024 Strategic Plan. Through this process, we want to hear from our various stakeholders when it comes to thinking forward to 2024. What are the top three things you want to see from the CEC? What should CEC do now in order to be successful in reaching our 2024 goals?
We are looking for volunteers interested in participating in a 45min focus group session with our independent facilitator. Focus groups will be limited to 8-10 participants each, and priority will be given to diversity in thoughts, gender, region, background, experience, etc.
The Focus Groups will be:
- Gym owners
- Provincial Sporting Organizations
- High Performance Athletes
- High Performance Staff
- Grassroots Parents & Coaches
The sessions will be scheduled for the weeks of September 21 and/or 28.
