CEC is seeking qualified candidates to fill out two Consultant Positions:
CONTINUOUS NATIONAL RANKING (CNR) CONSULTANT
- Under the guidance and supervision of the High Performance Coordinator:
- Support the creation and development of the Continuous National Ranking Working Group (CNR-WG)
- Chair the CNR Working Group (CNR-WG)
- Be a non-voting member of the High Performance Governance Committee (HPGC)
- Ensure that Continuous National Ranking procedures are followed
- Ensure the accuracy of the CNR
- Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation processes

BELAYING CONSULTANT
- Under the guidance and supervision of the Executive Director:
- Review the USAC Belaying Training and IFSC Belaying support / documentation
- Support the creation and development of a CEC Belaying Guidelines and Training
- Work with USA Climbing to improve opportunities and partnerships in regards to belaying
- Help with Selection of Head Belayer for all CEC Lead & Speed events
- Conduct Belayer Training pre-events
- Develop and implement Evaluation and Feedback Process for Volunteers
- Manage the National Belayers Database
- Be the point person for Community Questions
