Categories
For the 2022-2023 CEC Competition Season, eligibility is defined as the age of participant at December 31, 2023, following these years of birth:
- Youth B: participants born in 2008 or 2009
- Youth A: participants born in 2006 or 2007
- Junior: participants born in 2004 or 2005

CEC’s Youth Nationals will be in accordance to the IFSC 2022 Rules

Registration Information
Once qualified and approved by their PTSO, athletes must complete the following steps to be accepted into the event:
- Purchase their 2022-2023 CEC Annual Athlete License here (if not already purchased):
- Purchase their Event Fee – either / both Boulder and/or Lead, here
- Create an account on Vertical Life by Applying for Athlete Account here (if not already created):
- Sign the gym waiver: Calgary Climbing Centre waiver.
